The Pilates studio is situated in the prestigious 8th Arrondissement, in the heart of Paris, in a discreet and warm apartment with 3 working rooms and a space for relaxation.
To maintain a high quality of teaching, our group classes (mat classes) are limited to small groups. We offer individual classes, and classes of two (duo), three (trio) and four people (wall unit), to work on mat and the Pilates equipment.
We dispose three rooms equipped with a wide range of Pilates equipment invented by its creator, Joseph Pilates, like the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, High Chair, Barrels, Pedi-pulls etc. We also have rollers, Thera-bands, weights and balls of different sizes and other gadgets to be used to explore movements and to have fun.
The studio has separate dressing rooms for men and women and there is a shower-room with towels for those who wish to take a shower after the class.
