Pilates as a personalized training program

We are all unique and different. We have different ability and needs to move due to our unique history of movement, fragilities and strength. The Pilates system is made of more than 500 exercises to suit the need of each and every one of us. All of the exercises can be modified in numerous ways so that the Pilates training program can be adapted for the joy and challenge of every one of us. If you have physical issues we strongly advice you to take individual classes so as to get a program personalized for your specific need. This is for you to work out in safety and to have the full experience of the Pilates exercise to be the delight that it is. For group classes, it is important to find the level that is adapted to you. To fully take advantage from the benefits of the Pilates method, we advice you to integrate the fundamentals of Pilates well, (how to engage the pelvic floor, the abs, basic alignments, neutral spine, and breathing) in level 1 and level 1+ before attempting the intermediate and advanced mat classes (level 2 and level 3) for a more tonic workout.
